2008 Manhunt International Winners: "There were numerous pageants for women and nothing for the men. So Alex Liu, pageant director of Metromedia Singapore, decided to stage the first male model contest in Singapore in 1987, and he called it the Manhunt Contest. Since then, it has grown to international proportion."
